Travel Inspiration

As you probably figured out by now, I love to travel. Travel is LIFE! "The only thing you buy that actually makes you richer", and there is no doubt that I prioritize travel beyond anything else. It's so lovely to get out in the world, and it's so amazing to experience beautiful destinations and new, exciting cultures. When I'm planning a trip, I always work hard to find the best tickets and the best hotels to the lowest possible price. Here is some international travel inspiration for the ones out there who share the same passion about travel as me, but there are obviously so many more places you should visit :)

1. Athen - Athens is an incredibly beautiful city - a mixture of historical and charming, blended with the modern. Experience the city's outdoor venues, and visit the beautiful beaches that are a bit out of town.

2. Sydney - Australia's largest city is a must see when you are in the country. The spectacular New Year's Eve at the Opera House Harbor Bridge, is one of the world's most famous, and is definitely worth experiencing at least once in your lifetime. If you are going to Sidney for sunny days, there are two lovely beaches to get your tan on - Bondi Beach and Manly Beach. In the same area you can find good opportunities for shopping, cafes and restaurants.

3. Hong Kong - Hong Kong - the city with skyscrapers (besides from New York obviously), neon lights and Chinese pennants in many narrow streets, and may have one of the world's most technologically advanced hotels.

4. Bangkok, Thailand - Golden buildings, floating boat markets (!) And the contrast with modern skyscrapers - this makes Bangkok a popular place.

5. Budapest - Budapest is the best Spa-town you'll find. The city is most popular for those who want a relaxing holiday and to recharge the batteries. Here you will find one of the world's most famous spa hotels: Gellert Hotell, which also inspired the movie Grand Budapest Hotel.

 6. Katmandu, Nepal - Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal is filled with historical monuments, ancient temples and fascinating villages. Visit Durbar Square to mingle with local people and free-flowing monkeys or go hike to the Thamel District.

7. Dubai - Dubai is the largest of the seven Arab emirates and is famous for its magnificent architecture, artificial islands and the fabulous selection of shopping. The Emirates are ultramodern, but the Islamic and Arab culture characterizes both the architecture, the food, the music and the lifestyle.
